Class Description

For every women- every age- every fitness level. Our Aradia classes are a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio for a phenomenal full body workout. As pole dancing for fitness spins and tricks are accessible to everyone as we break the moves down into easy to follow steps enabling you to master the art form slowly and safely. All classes offer a full body workout and are taught by Aradia certified fitness instructors.

Our unique classes are held in a safe, supportive environment in our beautiful studio.

    • 01. Level 1

      Ready to Start A Whole New Fitness Program

      The foundation of all our classes and the perfect introduction to pole dancing and sensual movement for fitness! We will introduce to the perfect mix of sensual movement and pole work, transforming the mind and body. These classes are sexy, lively and fun including your first routine.

       

    • 02. Level 2

      Become even more addicted, walk tall and proud as you enter into Level 2!

      Taking our foundation moves from Level 1 pole and sensual fitness movements are taken to a whole new level. We build upon moves we have learned and incorporating new spins and holds- increasing our body strength and empowering our spirit.

       

    • 03. Level 3

      Taking your fitness to a whole new level!

      Feeling powerful, strong and sexy, in this level our sensual floor work continues to advance. Our pole work includes new spins, holds and basic inversion are introduced. Participants can kick it up a notch, by bringing in their sexy shoes or boots!

       

    • 04. Pole Flow

      Fine-tuning the moves we have learned from Level 1, 2 and 3, this pole dance-style class will help prepare you for the intermediate levels. Great workout for endurance, dance and strength.

    • 05. Level 4

      Sexy, Strong and Unstoppable!

      In this level, we move into our intermediate program which incorporates rhythm, strength and flexibility as well as continuing with inversions.

       

    • 06. Level 5

      Sexy, Strong and Unstoppable!

      Taking our inversions to a whole other level, while continuing to add in gorgeous spins and sensual floor work.

       

    • 07. Pole Flow 2

      Fine-tuning our intermediate moves, this pole dance-style class will help prepare you for the advanced levels. Great workout for endurance, dance and strength.

    • 08. Level 6

      For those who have met the challenge and are ready to take it to a whole new level! Combining our pole spins, holds, inversions, climb and sensual floor work, to create an empowering workout.

    • 09. Level 7

      Using our endurance, strength and grace while we focus on our combinations, climbs and inversions. We are focusing on pole technique and fluidity of floor work.

    • 10) Technical Pole

      We are polishing our pole moves, building our strength and getting preparing for the advanced levels. A perfect mix of strength, cardio, and conditioning.

    • 11. Level 8

      This advanced program is designed to refine your inversions, spins, new combinations and climbs.

    • 12. Level 9

      Strength, grace and fluidity in movement are the highlights of this advanced level program.

    • 13. Level 10

      By offering challenging pole and sensual floor work, we work on our floor, strength and rhythm. Challenging combinations of climbs, inversions and spins are the focus of advanced program.

    • 14. Pole Flow 3

      Fine-tuning our advanced moves, this pole dance-style class will help prepare you for the advanced levels. Great workout for endurance, dance and strength.

    • 15. Master Level

      Our highest level program is designed to teach advanced pole tricks, combinations, climbs and holds. We focus on strength and flexibility to improve and refine our pole work in this dynamic program.

    • 16. Intro/Teaser Class– Introduction to the Aradia Sensual Fitness and Pole Dancing Program

      Shy but curious about Aradia Fitness? Interested in taking one class to dip a toe? Our Intro/Teaser class is designed for ladies who want to take one class as a way of getting to know the studio and find out more about our signature Level One Sensual Floor Work and beginner Pole Moves. Note: Pre-registration and prepayment are required to hold a spot in this class, as space is limited in order to create a small class setting.
